Prime Time Watch Repairs are based in Lancashire. If you live locally and prefer to deliver your watch to the shop in person then we are open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.

If you don’t live locally, that’s not a problem. We work with many customers from all across the UK.

You can send your watch to us for a quote, servicing or repair. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Package your watch securely, making sure to include a note with your name, address, email and phone number. We recommend wrapping your watch in bubble wrap, before inserting it into a jiffy bag and then inside a Royal Mail Spacial Delivery bag (Available at your local Post Office) for maximum protection during transit. PLEASE DO NOT SEND WATCH BOXES.

  2. Post your watch to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, making sure your parcel is adequately insured.

  3. Once we have received your watch we will send you a quote for approval before carrying out any work via email or a phone call. On completion of the work we usually send an invoice by email to be paid by bank transfer before posting the watch back.

Estimates are free of charge.

We charge a flat fee of £10.00 for return postage, on top of any work carried out.
