1. Receive Instructions

Fill out our booking form. We will email you a booking reference and secure packaging guide.

2. Post Your Watch

Send your watch (wrapped securely, without the original box) via Royal Mail Special Delivery for fully insured peace of mind.

3. Inspection & Quote

We inspect your watch upon arrival and call you with a fixed-price quote for the work.

4. Approval

We only start work when you say yes. If you decline, we simply return the watch for a £15 postage fee.

5. Payment

Once the repair and quality control checks are complete, we email an invoice for Bank Transfer or card payment using Stripe.

6. Secure Return

Your watch is posted back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm).
