Pricing varies depending on the movement (Quartz vs. Automatic vs. Chronograph). Because Raymond Weil uses industry-standard Swiss movements, our servicing costs are often significantly lower than the main dealer, while maintaining the same high standards.
Estimates are completely free of charge.
In most cases, yes. However, if a battery change doesn’t resolve the issue, the quartz circuit may have failed or the oils may have dried out, requiring a service. We test the circuit consumption as standard during a battery change to advise you correctly.
Most gold Raymond Weil watches are gold-plated (electroplated), not solid gold. We cannot polish plating as it will strip the gold away to reveal the steel base. However, we can ultrasonically clean it and lightly hand-buff it to bring back the shine without removing the gold layer.
Yes, we see many of these. While some external casing parts for these vintage models are now discontinued by the brand, the internal movements are generally repairable as they share parts with many other Swiss watches.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all Raymond Weil servicing. This covers all work carried out and parts replaced, ensuring your watch is ready for the next adventure.
