Full Omega Watch Service
Here at Prime Time, we specialise in the repair and servicing of all Omega models, from vintage Constellations to modern Planet Oceans. All work is carried out on-site in our state-of-the-art workshop by technicians trained in the nuances of Omega calibres. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all our Omega servicing.
A full service includes:
- Complete Disassembly: Stripping down of the watch movement and replacing any worn parts.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: Multi-stage chemical cleaning to remove congealed lubricants and debris.
- Part Replacement: Replacement of minor wear parts (if needed) using genuine Omega components.
- New Mainspring: Installation of a fresh mainspring to ensure factory-standard power reserve.
- Co-Axial Specific Care: Movement re-assembly using specific microscopic oiling techniques required for Co-Axial escapements.

We can provide full servicing on site for your timepiece including movement service, polishing and water resistance testing all with 2 year warranty. For some pieces we may have to use our Omega accredited workshop partners.
Polishing
We have a dedicated polishing room led by our brand trained watch polisher Mike. We can polish your watch using the correct polishing techniques and latest equiptment to make sure we keep all the sharp edges and correct finishes giving you piece of mind.
Quartz Servicing
We can repair and service most quartz Omega watches, with a service a polish of the case and bracelet is included and a pressure test with 2 year repair warranty.
Battery and Pressure Testing
We can replace the battery and water test your Omega here on site. We can replace the gaskets and make sure your watch is safe for use to the depth specified by the brand.

Frequently asked questions
If it is an automatic or mechanical watch we usually recommend every 5 years. For quartz every time the battery is replaced we check the health of the components.
For modern watches we usually quote around 4-6 weeks to allow for parts to arrive and also allow for testing periods. We test our watches for at least a week.
For vintage pieces we quote a bit longer as they can be more complex and also parts can be hard to source.
I would recommend getting the seals checked every 1-2 years. Seals can deteriorate over time so it is worth getting them checked.
We have a Level 1 access account with the brand allowing us to get all links and parts for bracelets so pop your watch into us for a free quotation.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all Omega servicing. This covers the work carried out and the parts replaced, giving you peace of mind that your timepiece is performing to the highest standard.
